The basis on which we provide our website, estimates and renovation services.
Please read these terms carefully. By using our website, subscribing to our newsletter or commissioning our services, you agree to them.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Daily Home Rebuild website and any renovation, remodeling, repair or home improvement service we provide. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or engage our services. Where you commission work on behalf of another person or an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on their behalf.
We provide home renovation and improvement services, which may include:
The scope of any particular project is set out in the written proposal or agreement we provide for that project. Where a proposal and these terms differ, the project-specific proposal takes precedence for that project.
Estimates are prepared in good faith based on the information available and the conditions visible at the time of assessment. Unless expressly stated as fixed, an estimate is not a guaranteed final price. Factors that may affect the final cost include concealed damage, previously undocumented site conditions, changes in the availability or price of materials, changes requested by you, and additional work required to meet building, safety or manufacturer requirements.
Where we identify a likely change to cost, we will explain it and seek your approval before carrying out the additional work.
Start dates and durations are given in good faith but may be affected by weather, the availability of materials, access restrictions, the discovery of concealed defects or other matters beyond our reasonable control. You agree to provide safe, clear access to the work area and to make reasonable arrangements for pets, children and valuables during the work.
Requests to change the scope after work has begun should be made in writing. We will confirm the effect of the change on cost and timing before proceeding. Changes may extend the schedule, and we are not responsible for delays that result from decisions or approvals awaiting your response.
Unless we specifically agree otherwise in writing, you are responsible for obtaining any permits, consents or approvals required for the work, and we will carry out the work in accordance with applicable building, safety and manufacturer requirements. Where we agree to manage permits on your behalf, any related fees remain payable by you.
We warrant our workmanship for the period stated in your proposal or agreement, and we will rectify defects in our workmanship that appear within that period and are reported to us promptly. Manufacturer warranties apply separately to materials and products supplied, and we will pass on the relevant documentation to you.
The warranty does not cover:
You may cancel a project by written notice. Where you cancel, you remain responsible for work completed, materials ordered or supplied, and any non-recoverable costs reasonably incurred up to the date of cancellation. Where we must cancel or postpone work for reasons within our control, we will offer an alternative date as soon as reasonably practicable.
We maintain insurance cover appropriate to the work we carry out. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from a project is limited to the value of the work we provided for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profit, loss of use or loss of opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Information we provide about home loans, financing, warranty cover or safety equipment is general guidance to help you plan a renovation. It is not regulated financial, legal or insurance advice. Decisions about borrowing, insurance and product selection should be confirmed with the relevant qualified professional or provider.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the website. For projects already under way, the terms agreed at the start of the project continue to apply unless we agree a change in writing.
Questions about these terms can be sent to info@dailyhomerebuild.com or raised with our team using the details on the contact page. We are happy to explain anything that is unclear before you commit to work.
